free-range chicken/vegetable tanzia – Moroccan slow cooked stew with chestnuts, figs, apricots and dates

leek & veg fritters with sour cream

cinnamon rice

brussels sprout salad with tahini dressing

DESSERT

trifle with orange blossom custard, orange & almond sponge and raspberry and rose compote
