Slow Cooked Spiced Lamb main course for 8 people


Irish lamb slow cooked in our baharat & sumac spices served with sumac onions, tahini sauce,  and bulgar wheat.

Serves 8 people as a main course.


This catering option includes:

  • pulled spiced Irish lamb – 48oz
  • bulgar wheat (1 – can be served with quinoa for GF option) – 32oz
  • tahini sauce (11) – 16 oz
  • sumac onions – 8oz
  • mint & pomegranate to garnish
  • instructions on how to reheat and serve your meal


This meal is best served with a starter, salads and/or dessert course. To make a full Middle Eastern Feast you can wine, lavosh, olives, dips, extra salads  or a sweet treat box to your order. A full Friday dinner in Dvir’s family’s house would have starters of dips, breads/crackers, salads and olives, with the main course of a meat dish, grains and more salad. This is usually followed by mint/sage tea and dessert or fresh fruit & salted nuts.
