Pita platter

This pita platter is ideal for a for sharing amongst bigger groups at home or in the office.

Price per person. Minimum 20 people per order.

Pita halves are filled with the following:

falafel with carrot and cabbage salads, hummus, zhug and tahini sauce (1,11)

sabich with egg, aubergine, chopped salad, hummus, zhug,  amba and tahini sauce (1, 3, 11)

labneh (strained yoghurt) with mashweya (charred tomatoes and peppers) and za’atar (1, 7, 11)

Tunisian – Shine’s tuna, harissa, tahini, preserved lemons, gherkins and potatoes (1, 4, 11)

chef’s choice – we always have interesting specials and salads so we’ll make something with these (allergens vary)

Includes pickles and marinated olives.

• Each person will get 2 pita halves.
• Minimum order of 20 people required.
• 2 days’ notice needed for this catering menu.
• For smaller catering orders contact us and we’ll let you know what we can prepare.
• Please let us know if you’d like adjustments to this menu. We’re happy to adapt it to your tastes and dietary requirements.

Please note:  The menu may change depending on supplier availability. We offer refunds on cancellations if given 7 days’ or more notice. After that we cannot offer a refund. At that stage we’ve already ordered food to prepare for your meal.
