Labneh with za'atar in oil

Labneh brings us back to Israel where you can find it served by the Druze community on the side of the road on hot laffa (like a thick tortilla) from a charcoal heated pan, drizzled with oil and za’atar. This creamy cheese is made from yoghurt which gives it an extra zing.

Serve with some crusty bread to dip in to the oil and labeh or on top of our za’atar lavosh flatbreads.

yoghurt (milk, cultures), Irish extra virign rapeseed oil, za’atar (za’atar leaves (similar to thyme), sesame seeds, sumac and spices, garlic, sea salt. Allergens in bold.
