A semi-hard sheep’s cheese with starter cultures, vegetarian rennet and salt. No artificial additives.
A delicious cheese on cheese boards, sandwiches, on crackers and for cooking.

Knockalara cut their portions by hand so weights will not exact. (always a little more)

Best stored in a container with a lid in the fridge. Best eaten at room temperature
