Fresh soft sheep’s cheese with a firm texture. Made with vegetarian rennet, the cheese is suitable for vegetarians. We use only pasteurised sheep’s milk, cheese cultures, rennet and salt. No artificial additives.
Delicious for use in salads; vegetarian, mediterranean and middle eastern recipes.
This cheese comes vacuum packed and lasts unopened for up to 3 months. Once opened, use within a week.
Knockalara cut their portions by hand so weights will not exact. (always a little more)
