Christmas Dips, Nibbles & Platters Demo – Fri 29th November

This demo will take you through some flavour-filled ideas for feeding guests over the festive season. Something different to your cheese platter or canapes, we’ll show you how to prepare dips, breads and nibbles which are full of Middle Eastern flavour and how to combine them into beautiful sharing platters. 

Sample dishes prepared on the night: Grazing platter how to with whipped feta and leek dip,  roasted walnuts with rose harissa and date molasses, and pita with za’atar. Pita chips platter with spiced chickpeas, matbukha (tomato, pepper & chilli) and sumac yoghurt.

Join us, Dvir and Nicola, in our award-winning deli* where you’ll cook along with us and learn how to prepare some of Mezze’s most popular dishes. You can book one workshop below or all six with a 10% discount.

We have a minimum of 8 bookings needed for this demo to go ahead. If it doesn’t go ahead you will be offered a place at another event. If that doesn’t suit, you’ll be refunded in full for your ticket/s.

We offer refunds on cancellations if given at least 7 days’  notice. After that we cannot offer a refund. At that stage we’ve already ordered food to prepare for your meal and may not be able to resell your ticket. You can of course pass your ticket on to someone else. Just let us know.
